Set up and update monthly demand files and stock status reports.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to consolidate and align monthly demand requirements.
Review, validate, and cross-check demand plans against established standards before submitting them to the Department Head.
Monitor supply and order status to support demand planning and tracking.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience in demand planning or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Solid understanding of demand planning concepts; experience in the cosmetics industry is an advantage.
Hard-working, honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
Self-confident with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
