1. Campaign Planning & Development
- Develop sales promotion programs, incentive schemes, and campaign concepts for dealers, sub-dealers, installers, and end-users.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Propose campaign mechanics, rewards, qualification criteria, and budget allocation.
- Prepare campaign proposals, presentations, guidelines, FAQs, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate campaign feasibility and profitability before implementation.
2. Campaign Execution & Operation
- Manage campaign operations, including launch preparation, system setup, communication, monitoring, and closing.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation.
- Monitor campaign progress and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure campaign activities comply with company policies and regulations.
- Provide support and clarification to sales teams, dealers, and related stakeholders regarding campaign rules and processes.
3. Budget Control & Payment Management
- Manage campaign budgets and monitor spending against approved plans.
- Calculate campaign incentives, rebates, and rewards based on program criteria.
- Verify payment requests and supporting documents before submission.
- Coordinate with Finance and Accounting teams to process campaign payments accurately and on time.
- Track accruals, actual expenses, and budget utilization throughout the fiscal year.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales Planning,
Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or Campaign Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
