1. Sales Planning & Forecasting
Monitor monthly Sales Plan vs. actual performance, analyze variances, and update Sales, Production & Inventory Plans.
Consolidate and analyze sales demand, dealer forecasts, orders, production, and inventory data to support planning decisions.
Develop planning scenarios and propose necessary adjustments based on sales performance and market conditions.
2. Sales Performance & Market Analysis
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and key business indicators.
Identify significant changes, analyze root causes, and prepare reports to support management decisions.
Visit dealers, customers, and markets to understand demand trends and collect market information.
3. Sales Programs & Policies
Support the preparation and monitoring of sales programs and policies.
4. Reporting & Administration
Prepare regular management reports and planning materials.
Support administrative assignments, including meeting minutes, schedule coordination, and business trip arrangements.

1. Education
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or related fields.
Graduation from Foreign Trade University is preferred.
2. Experience
At least 1 year of experience in Sales Planning, Demand Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, Business Analysis, or data-intensive operational functions.
Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory.
3. Language Skills
Fluent in English (TOEIC > 800).
4. Computer Skills
Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
Power Query / Power BI and practical AI tool proficiency (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) are advantages.
5. Analytical Skills
Strong logical and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions.
High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
6. Working Style & Other Skills
Detail-oriented, accurate, and comfortable with desk-based, data-intensive work and repetitive tasks.
Good coordination and time management skills, with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
7. Career Orientation
Willingness to learn and develop in Sales Planning and Business Analysis.
