Mô tả công việc
• Ensure adherence to global and regional standardization policies to ensure the Sales Processes and Systems are aligned across the region and global
• Ensure sales programmes are properly implemented and are robust enough in their execution to ensure the programmes are successful and sustainable (full responsibility for the success of the sales programmes within the country)
• Implement the Global Selling Process to all Sales people and ensure adherence to the standards and reporting requirements
• Implement a sales assessment system that will guide Sales Managers in the area of development required for the sales people they manage
• Implement the Sales Force Automation programme ,with the assistance from a regional team, and
ensure that all Sales people use the system on a daily basis to log in all sales activity required to ensure
maximum value is attained from the system
• Provide effective consultancy and advisory support to CPRM to analyze, plan and implement necessary sales resource requirements of the AP Sales programmes
• Keep Regional and Local Management up to date on relevant Regional Sales programme development within the country
• Assist of improving sales efficiency and effectiveness./ achieved % of Sales Target
• Develop a culture of quality, service excellence (for internal customers), flexibility and cost consciousness • Identify training needs and career development opportunities to drive a high performance team
• Develop KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance

Yêu cầu
• 5 years Sales Management experience at a senior level in an Express/ Logistics Company
• Excellent understanding of Sales processes and ideally a background in actual selling as well as an understanding of IT systems
• Experience in dealing with Country Management at Senior levels and successfully implementing change in order to facilitate successful implementation of change programs
• Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Fluent English
