This role is to provide services to
Account Managers and external clients in Australia. Your key responsibility is to ensure internal and external stakeholders receive exceptional level of service.
You will take ownership of your projects, and act as a specialist contact for your clients, an intermediary between internal team and external stakeholders to deliver the best services.
The position requires project tracking, sales support, production and administrative tasks for merchandise requests:
• Provide day to day support to Account Managers from pre-sale, order processing to after-sale
service to clients.
• Manage and maintain accurate, timely and updated WIPs, product portfolio, sales program, inventory and quote system.
• Monitor order processing after order is confirmed.
• Coordinate production plan & dispatching plan to meet client's timeline.
• Day-to-day collaboration with internal teams including Studio, IT, Ecommerce, Finance and Warehouse to deliver orders and sales programs in line with agreed timelines.
• Inventory management.
• Data management:
- Liaise with clients to obtain complete and accurate customer information and enter data into systems in a timely manner.
- Closely collaborate with Warehouse team to process customer orders and ensure the
delivery timelines are met.
• Provide day to day support functions for assigned Team Leader/ Manager.
*** Working hour: 6AM - 3PM, Mon-Fri
• Excellent English and communication is a must, you will be working directly with colleagues in our Australian office daily.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong internal relationships, supported by excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated project management capability, including effective time management, organisation, multitasking and use of office software.
• Proficient in Microsoft office such as Word, Power Point, Outlook, Intermediate level Excel.
• Broad general knowledge across business administration, marketing and international trade.
• Knowledge of Merchandise / apparel or experience supporting end-to-end apparel projects; experience coordinating artwork with
designers is an advantage.
