Sales Representative - Modernization
Working Location: Ha Noi & Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
Your main responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve modernization business targets.
Identify and develop opportunities from existing and new customers, including Schindler and non-Schindler equipment portfolios.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners,
developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and business partners.
Work closely with Service, Operations, Engineering, and other internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and successful project execution.
Prepare commercial proposals, participate in tender processes, and negotiate contracts to secure profitable business opportunities.
Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and market analysis to identify potential modernization projects.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support business growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.
What you bring
Degree in Mechanical,
Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
3+ years of sales experience in industrial products, engineering solutions, construction or related industries.
Strong customer relationship management and
business development skills.
Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Commercially minded, proactive and results-driven.
Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of elevator/escalator systems or modernization projects is an advantage.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across departments and drive common business goals.
