Key Responsibilities
Responsible for order values, market share improvement, booked margin, CRM updates and down payment collection for cash flow
Responsible for customer satisfaction, accountable for maintaining excellent relationships with the customers, the contact persons
Formulate and develop sales and product strategies, promotion and action plan to grow its business by increasing new equipment sales and market share
Conduct market research and industry data analysis following HOD's instruction
Accountable for precise and timely reporting of the work done according to the process
Prospect new customers and develop existing customers
Develop business network with developers, main contractors, influencers (consultants, building designers, architects)
Provide advice on OTIS products and service, specifications and value engineering possibilities & OTIS differentiation
Develop an accurate business pipeline, update timely, qualify projects in Active Portfolio with high probability booking
Prepare tender/quotation, submission and follow-up until project is secured
Prepare business forecast monthly report with accuracy and commit for actual bookings
Maintain good rapport with local authorities and business associates
Ensure quality sales and timely handover of NE order documents to Sales Engineering Support and Construction Departments
Comply to OTIS internal procedures, adherence to Business Ethics, Safety and Internal Controls

Requirement
Bachelor Degree's in Business Administration or related field
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Organized, customers and service oriented
Excellent communications skills in both local language and English (Verbal and Written)
Sound knowledge and experience in the elevator business and constructions industry is preferred
High level of integrity
