Mô tả công việc
• Achieving personal sales & collection targets as established
• Preparing sales presentations, contracts and proposals
• Conducting demand creation activities to support liquidation from C2 to farmers
• Participating in special projects such as major sales promotions, new product
launches, and new marketing initiatives
• Receiving periodic coaching from ASM / RSM or more experienced professionals:
o Serving customers by selling UPL products / solutions meeting customer
needs.
o Building and taking care of the local channel partners C1, C2 and farmers
o Planning and executing daily / weekly / monthly work schedule to call on
existing or potential customers
o Executing sales policies in the assigned territories
o Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing
solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to the
management

Yêu cầu
** Critical Experience
• At least 2 years' experience working within Marketing or other related positions in the agrochemical Industry
• Proven track-record of successful management of complex business issues with sufficient analytical and strategic thinking skills
** Critical Skills
• Develop a clear objectives/plan and ensure delivery of results
• Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills
• Proven strong project management skill
• Proven ability to identify issues and develop and implement solutions
• Leadership skill for achieving business targets
• Native Level Vietnamese, fluent English is added value.
• At least 2 years' experience working within Marketing or other related positions in the agrochemical Industry
