Responsibilities:
➔ Active Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement an effective active sales strategy to identify, target, and engage potential clients in the IT education sector.
- Utilize a proactive approach to generate leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine the sales approach.
➔ Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with clients to tailor IT education solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the sales process.
➔ Product Knowledge:
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of our IT education offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
- Stay informed about advancements in IT education and related technologies to articulate the benefits of our solutions.
➔ Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Deliver compelling and informative sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits of our IT education products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trials to highlight the practical applications and advantages of our offerings.
➔ Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using our CRM system.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, assess performance, and make informed recommendations for improvement.

Yêu cầu
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales.
- Proven experience as a successful Sales Representative in the IT education sector.
- Strong understanding of active sales techniques and a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of IT education trends, technologies, and industry dynamics.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to communicate with the team in English.
