Job description:
Frontline sales person responsible for the execution of agreed sales and profitability targets established by the BU within the assigned sales area by acquiring new business and maintaining existing customers.
Identify, plan and develop new customers in line with
business development plans/targets.
Plans, executes and reports on the sales activities in the assigned sales area.
Manage a portfolio of customers in designated area, to execute sales plan.
Systematically screen customer base for new opportunities, generates leads and maintains pipeline strongly.
Collaborate with relevant department to support sales outcome.
Relevant Diploma, refer chemical/technical background.
At least 5 years working experience in Sales B2B sector.
Experience in paint, coatings, oil & gas, chemical or related industry.
Technical knowledge in chemical/mechanical is preferred.
An excellent communicator; both written and verbal with good presentation, networking and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills in English.
