As a Digital Marketing Campaign Consultant, you will be working with our Global Internet Leader Account to deliver #happier customer experience. Devise and run marketing campaigns for products, services or events that target consumers or other businesses. Usually working under a head of marketing but managing a marketing team, campaign managers oversee campaigns in a variety of formats.- Engage with customers through telephone-based sales techniques to respond to their support inquiries aligning with established training, standards, and policies- Provide expert diagnosis, resolution, and issue tracking for end users based on guidelines, documentation, and scripts- Act as a trusted consultant to guide customers in onboarding, developing, and optimizing advertising campaigns through telephone-based marketing- Identify and understand customer needs and objectives through consultative sales interactions- Take responsibility for driving increased ad spend, upselling, and ensuring the sustainability of customer accounts- Manage a high volume of potential clients to meet sales targets and objectives
