Mô tả công việc
I. Job Goal
- Establish and maintain business relationships, bringing high revenue and profits to the Company.
- Search for customers, expand the market and market share of the company at home and abroad
- Widely promote the company's products and brands domestically and internationally.
II. Specific tasks
1. Daily and weekly introduce, promote and update the company's products, technology and brand to current and potential customers.
2. Maintain and ensure sustainable, long-term relationships with current customers. Ensure and maintain current revenue.
3. Search for new business opportunities with current customers, to increase revenue, profits, and market share.
4. Master the assigned market situation, seek and develop new customers and new business opportunities.
5. Closely follow the assigned market, work with customers regularly every day/week/month (depending on the importance of the customer).
6. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly plans and work schedules to other current and potential customers for team leader approval.
7. Understand and understand information about the types, features, and applications of the company's products and those of its competitors.
8. Responsible for properly implementing sales, post-sales and complaint handling processes.
9. Support customers and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time...
10. Always update the debt situation and work with the accounting department to urge customers to pay debts on time. Propose a plan to handle bad debt (if any) and implement it after approval.
11. Weekly/monthly reports on market information, sold output and expected output for the next 3 months.
12. Regularly update work, social and technological knowledge through training, books, software, the internet and other forms.
13. Have team spirit, coordinate and help colleagues and other departments in the company.
14. Undertake other work and tasks when assigned.

Yêu cầu
IV. Requirement:
- College or bachelor's degree
- Preferable majoring in engineering
- Having 2 to 3 years experience in technical sale
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Active, enthusiastic, able to arrange work and solve problems.
- Ability to work independently/in teamwork. Good communication and negotiation skills - 2 employees must be good at English and 1 must be good at Chinese. (Referable all can speak Chinese).
V. Benefits:
- Salary 17,000,000 -23,000,000 VND/month (negotiable depending on ability)
- Telephone allowance, monthly shifts, wfh 4 days/month
- Annual bonus based on revenue

- College or bachelor's degree
- Preferable majoring in engineering
- Having 2 to 3 years experience in technical sale
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
