Position 1: Commercial Inbound Marketing
- Handle sales enquiries, rate negotiation and quotation to customer
- Visit and maintain good relationship with both FOB and CIF customer
- Expand the new FOB account base and new business
- Send rate request to HQ and file service contract for FOB customer
- Update FOB tariff rate/market to HQ, MGM and Leader
- Check available space/equipment with POL for FOB demand
- Apply favor for extra free time/repairing charge to match customer's request
- Send sales lead to POL
- Check and handle enquiries from POL about cargo acceptance, local policy,...
- Cooperate with all related parties for solving long idle issues
- Market survey for rate/free time/charge/service/commodity/...
- Prepare all related reports
- Coordinate closely with other departments to satisfy customers' demand, complaint
- Other related jobs/reports according to instructions of HQ, MGM and Leader
Position 2: Commercial Europe Marketing
- Do EU weekly/monthly/Korea & Chinese account/CRM report
- Find customers and cargo source for both dry and reefer cargo
- Monitor customers' lifting and push cargo to fulfill BSA
- Update market information
- Monitor customer's payment status
- Assist CSR to take care FOB a/cs and confirm free time
- Solve long idle cases
- Find FOB a/c information and send sales lead
- Apply PWC and set up delayed function in case vessel delayed
- Handle issue related to extending the closing time/pick up MT/ low temperature after working time - Visit customers and find out new cargo/secure new & lost shipment
- Other related jobs/reports according to instructions of HQ, MGM and Leader

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Logistics/Transportation, Maritime Studies, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- Having at least 1 year experienced in Container/ shipping line or Forwarding company
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Good communication, negotiation and customer persuasion skills.
- Having sense of responsibility, good in teamwork
