Mô tả Công việc
Identify and develop new international business opportunities for Agreso's sustainable agricultural products, including: Spice and herd, fresh and frozen produce
Conduct market research to identify potential markets, customers, and competitors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, importers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns.
Actively participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences to showcase Agreso's sustainable products and generate leads.
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships with international clients.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the management team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and quality control, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry developments, sustainable farming practices, and regulatory requirements related to Agreso's products.

Yêu cầu

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in FTU, NEU, UEH..., International Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in international business development and sales, preferably in the agriculture or food industry at least 1 year.
Strong knowledge of global agricultural markets, import/export regulations, and sustainability trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
