- Manage & strengthen the business partnership with Distributors. Ensure Distributors' operations are efficient and effective, including warehouse & inventory management, capital investment, logistics, sales force, customer service level, etc. for TT Channel.
- Expand the presence in HN/HCM with direct coverage by DSR team, ensure the field sales excellence of trade activities, visibility & enhance relationship with retailers in TT & local OOH channel.
- Expand the TT coverage in provinces in assigned regions (North/Central/South/Mekong) by opening new SCAs, developing the currents SCAs & enhancing customer long-term partnership.
- Ensure Distributor are performing their roles and achieving KPI target of TT channel set by Nestlé (Secondary sales growth).
- Manage total NDP sales progress to ensure it achieves total secondary sales target including all channels sales: TT, MT, OOH.
- Develop the delivery network to MT & OOH outlets in provinces by developing the capability of SCAs that meet customer delivery requirement.
- Liaise with internal (CDT, Supply Chain) and external (Customer, 3rd party) stakeholders to ensure timely execution of agreed Customer/Channel/Shopper related activities for TT channel.
- Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including NMLP, TS, Nestle/local Trade policy, local Trade Terms, IC3, Safety and local regulations.
- Support in development of TT Field Sales and Category channel Plans.
- Manage & control the effectiveness of Nestlé trade assets - freezers in market
- Ensure development and coaching of Distributor sales force team
Yêu cầu
- 2-3 years in sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead sales team.
- Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field
- Had experience in managing Distributors
