WHY THIS ROLE?
KONE Vietnam is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales person to expand our customer base in the Northern region. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing modernization and full replacement opportunities outside of our existing customer portfolio. You will also promote Advanced People Flow Solutions and other digital offerings.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Proactively identify and build relationships with new customers in the assigned territory.
• Position KONE as a trusted partner by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal Sales teams to share leads and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve issues in coordination with relevant KONE teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and contact records.
Sales Execution
• Drive new business by generating leads and converting opportunities outside the current customer base.
• Respond to RFQs and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring alignment with pricing and margin guidelines.
• Conduct needs analysis and present KONE's solutions that best address customer challenges.
• Prepare and validate contract terms to reflect negotiated agreements.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and ensure timely updates in CRM systems.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights from field activities.
• Support finance in payment collection and ensure timely invoicing.
• Execute individual sales plans with discipline and agility.
ARE YOU THE ONE?
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, or other relevant fields.
Experience:
• Minimum 03 years of experiences in Sales or
Business Development, preferably in B2B environments (ideally in construction, building technologies, or industrial solutions).
• Experience in solution selling, particularly with complex technology solutions.
• Knowledge of or experience in Elevator - Escalator customers' industries (e.g., construction, property management) is a plus.
Skills & Preferences:
• Intermediate English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Upper intermediate to advanced in digital literacy, with openness to learning new tools and technologies.
• Strong service mindset, focused on delivering customer value.
• Ability to analyze data and use facts to guide decisions and actions.
• Capable of applying value-based pricing to ensure healthy margins.
• Self-driven and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working independently.
