Việc làm Sales Supervisor

Mô tả công việc

• Responsible deliver monthly/yearly target, ensure brands, MT activities, visibility. Follow monthly/quarterly company strategy
• Work with PG, SR closely, market visit to ensure all plans in well execution, well operation. Coordinate with other departments (Finance, TMK...) to handle and solve unexpected situations.
• Ensure the image at supermarket: product is full on the main shelf, PG working seriously with company process. Implement & roll out the company plan: brand campaign, promotion, new product launching. support to the PG, SR find these opportunities for other stores
• Coaching PG product knowledge and selling skills.
• Set up closing relationship with customer

Yêu cầu

*Essentials:
- Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in MT
- Able to work higher pressure,
- Good computer skills i.e, Power Point, Word and Excel and analytical skills.
- Good leadership.
*Preferences:
- FMCG experience
- Good relationship with supermarket
