Mô tả công việc

- Managing, leading and building Sales team members.
- Making the business plan (researching, analyzing, building up and proposing the sales campaign) and implement a business plan to ensure the achievement of assigned business goals.
- Following, arranging and controling the manufacturing process of the orders .
- Working with manufacturing departments to follow up the orders process.
- Reporting Company sales activities to the Board of Directors.
- Building and exploring the Company sales strategy.
- Training and evaluating team members
- Building and developing customer service.
- Settling customer complaints.
- Participating in sales activities to hit Company's turnover.
- TPerforming the other related tasks following the Board of Directors instructions..

Yêu cầu

** Requirements
- Graduated the majors related to economics from universities of Foreign Trade, Foreign Languages, Economics, Commerce, Hanoi University,...
- Gender: Male/Female (from 1990 to1998)
- Having Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar position
- Having communication skills, management knowledge, ability to organize the work and solve the problems.
- Using English fluently (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Having ability to negotiate
- Working based on the principles and also flexibility.
- Creating relationships with customers based on prestige
- Having knowledge about Incoterms 2010, customs law, and commercial law
- Ability to work under high pressure, willing to work overtime and going on business trips abroad.
