Mô tả công việc
- Supervise sales representatives and work with sales team when closing sales.
- Meet all sales target and team KPIs.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Supervise the general activities of the Sales Team or particular section of it, as directed.
- Maintain the accurate records of sales leads/prospect, pricing, sales and activities. Receive and report on all sales leads. Control expenses to meet agreed budget.
- Organize and coordinate sales representatives' schedules to deliver target.
- Finding potential customer and increase the winning rate of the opportunity.
- Track weekly, quarterly, and monthly performance and sales metrics.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with sales representatives.
- Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet target and build relationship with KOL.
- Supervisory ability to drive a sales team. Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives.
- Contribute to training and development of the team of 3 - 10 staff. Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives.
- Working location: HCM/ Dong Nai/ Binh Duong/ Can Tho....
