Sales Supervisor

Purpose and Objective of this position:
Assist the Sales Manager in ensuring that the staff provide outstanding customer service and create a memorable shopping experience for all customers. Oversee assigned department/category in partnership with Managers in order to maximize sales potential. Maintain store appearance, and control expenses and shortages. Handle all customer issues through resolution. Lead by example. Train and develop staff.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1/ Daily tasks:
The following tasks are listed by general time order from the beginning of each working shift.
• Supervise staffs getting change cash from cashroom
• Check staffs attendance according to duty roster.
• Conduct staff briefing to share work informations and orders from management. Basic information must be informed: special sales strategies, new promotion, changed price, currencies exchange rates, new product lines, brand visiting.
• Check staffs' grooming: uniform, name tags, hair, nails, make up, gestures, service attitude.
• Check stock integrity and proceed stock replenishment and oversee the display.
• Check stock label, price tags, POP.
• Oversee stock order. Make sure BA order proper stock and enough quantity. Stock orders should be finished by 12:00 p.m.
• Oversee stock receiving. Make sure all stock orders are confirmed in POS system.
• Oversee stock transfer. Make sure stock are picked and packed properly. Picking list must be checked before inputting in POS system.
• Update flights schedule and adjust staffs working schedule. Discuss with Sales Managers to create sales strategies according to flights.
• Remind staffs to listen to customers' voice and collect feedbacks to improve service.
• Proceed body check protocol when staffs get out from working place.
• Handle customers' complaints and other incidents.
• Assist and train staffs during working shift.
• Oversee POS settlement and cash collection.
• Hand over work properly between shifts. Make sure pending works are acknowledged and followed-up.
• Make daily report to Sales Managers.
• Before closing, ensure nobody remains in shops, all electronic facilities are turned off according to GA department's guidelines, and all doors are shut and locked properly
2/ Weekly tasks:
• Check stock efficiency. Discuss with MD department about stock issues.
• Check report promotion results.
• Check merchandise expiration. Discuss with MD department about solutions.
• Make weekly report to Sales Managers.
3/ Monthly tasks:
• Analyse sales status of her/his in charge category by brands. Work with Sales Managers to create and have plan to achieve next month sales goals.
• Check and submit timesheet, leave applications to Sales Admin.
• Make staffs's duty roster.
• Conduct inventory checking.
Other Job Functions or Accountabilities:
• Assist in merchandise inventories as applicable.
• Assist in proper handling of merchandise including maintenance of visual merchandising guidelines.
• Assist in periodic floor re-sets.
• Assist Managers as needed to ensure consistent execution of store objectives.
