Mô tả công việc

• Provide internal and cross-functional sales support for the commercial team with key local and regional stakeholders (marketing, product, technology, finance, and operations departments)
• Follow up and complete the operational process for new projects and existing accounts, including SOP, procedures, forms, and weekly/ad-hoc report consolidation.
• Assist with BI reporting and dashboard creation to track the daily, weekly, monthly, and real-time performance of existing accounts to ensure sales targets are achieved on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Coordinate with marketing functions to propose sales contests, and ad-hoc marketing campaigns to boost sales productivity based on the approved budget.
• Follow up contracts to assist with partners' inquiries and/or renewals, and complete their requests promptly. Coordinate with operations and finance to finish the month-end report to have timely account receivables.
• Identify and implement areas for sales process improvements through timely catch-up with existing accounts, and closely monitor the sales results by online and offline channels.
• Provide backup support to commercial members as needed, such as logistics, events organization, preparation for travel requests, meeting minutes, setting appointments, and other administrative duties.
• Other tasks assigned by the Account Manager

Yêu cầu

Requirements:
• Have experience in Industry of Finance, Banking, E-commerce, Commercial, Insurance, and Technology. At least 5 years of experience in the commercial and partnership environment.
• Have a sales mindset. Exposure to multi-stakeholder involvement and fast-paced environments would be preferred.
• Know of scope of the sales support, sales system, and sales process roadmap to provide timely support of sales operations.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams in local and regional organizations. Have good problem-solving, detail-orientated, and highly organized skills.
• Good communication in Vietnamese and English
• Ability to work under pressure, ability to react quickly to changing priorities
Personal qualities:
• Strong ownership and a self-starter personality are a "must-have".
• Enjoy tech-working style in start-up & fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with tech-driven implementation, data, and analytics.
