Sales Support Executive - Hanoi Branch

1. Release booking (Get booking order, check Global Route Map, Feeder & M/V space, contract, Equipment, create feeder code, Confirm & release booking to customers).
2. Update Global Booking Prospect (GBP) daily basic.
3. Control booking by service, allocation assignment, available feeder space.
4. Control booking shortfall (Check booking status with customers, container empty pick-up before ETD to avoid last minute shortfall).
5. Notification of vessel schedule to customer (CY Cut-off, port skip, delay, ETC...).
6. Control loading on-board from feeder to mother vessel. Handle shifting, rollover, mis-connection if any.
7. Coordinating with Operation Team (OPS) for Empty Supply/Return.
8. Make loading list and send to OPS team.
9. Send loading confirmation to customer.
10. Correspondences and follow up emails with related parties.
11. Manage contract performance (Beneficial Cargo Owner group).
12. Contact customers to get any information required by sale team.
13. Guide new customer how to make booking via web, EDI, APP services (If any).
14. Make EQ projection weekly basic.
15. Audit B/L freight manifest: Check and fix error.
16. Do report when required by Manager, Head Quarter.
17. Back-up for SSR team, outbound DOCS on requirements.
18. Trouble shooting issues, Customer's claim if any.
