Mô tả công việc
• Making quotation task by coordinate with overseas offices and others department for cost checking.
• Following up with customer's inquiries and co-operate with the another internal dept for taking care sudden inquiries of sales issue.
• Customer information management by key in data into Vnext system.
• Prepare and complete Sales contract.
• Strengthen the relationship with exiting customers.
• Do other special task requested from management.
• Others: will discuss in the details when interviewing.
Yêu cầu
• At least 02 years of experiences in Sales support of Logistics services provider - Senior staff and have experience to working with Japanese customer is preferable
• Good at 04 skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) both English and Vietnamese. Japanese is a Plus.
• Foreign trade, logistics knowledge is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Having team work spirit and able to work under high pressures.
• Aggressive, active, confident, independent
• Willing to study and challenge from new things
• Careful and honest
