Mô tả công việc
Work with the Sales team to proceed Client's orders according to company's process, follow up and manage the orders to ensure that the services are delivered on time and effectively.
Provide excellent Client support services through various channels (email, chat or phone)
Report any issues affecting assigned tasks or client complaints to the line manager. Analyze the root causes of complaints and suggest corrective or preventive action.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback, data, and performance metrics to identify trends, insights for services improvement.
Support Sales Team in preparing and follow up Service Contracts.
Maintain the weekly/monthly/bi-monthly reviews with team and line managers.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Yêu cầu
At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Customer Support or Sales Admin role.
College or Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field
Have knowledge of Economics, Finance, and Banking is preffered
Fluent in English (4 skills), Preferable TOEIC 800 or IELTS 6.5
Communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills
Be flexible, dynamic, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
