1. Key Role
Supporting the Sales Department in providing services, resolving customer-related issues, connecting with other departments, caring for customers, and performing other administrative tasks.
2. Job Description
- Supporting the Sales Department in approaching, consulting, and quoting the company's logistics services to customers.
- Collaborating with relevant departments to arrange, handle, and resolve customer requests, inquiries, or complaints.
- Providing accurate and timely updates on shipment status and handling plans.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with the assigned customer base (including both potential and existing customers).
- Assisting the Sales Department in negotiating and finalizing service contracts.
- Supporting the collection of debts from customers.
- Reporting as required by the manager and performing other duties as assigned.
3. Job Requirements
- Education: University degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Priority is given to candidates with experience in handling US-bound cargo, reefer shipments, for both import and export.
- Skills:
- Proficient in office software.
- Good command of spoken English.
- Good communication, negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Careful, meticulous, and able to work under high pressure.
- Qualities: Dynamic, proactive, honest, progressive, and hardworking.
- Other requirements: Information security.

Work time
- Monday to Friday: Morning: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Afternoon: 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM.
- Saturday: Working in the morning 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, with 2 Saturdays off per month.
