Description

1/ Main Tasks:

Support the customer-facing organization (Key Account/ Field Sales/ TeleSales and Trade Lane Teams) by:

Prepare promotional presentations, business reviews
Prepare quotations and contracts (including rate proposals and proposal writing)
Support the customer planning and implementation process
Provide customer information, supporting the identification and qualification of Sales Leads
Support the customer contact by preparing customer documents
Prepare Sales reports e.g. Sales Index reports, including revenue development, churn rates, hit rates, pipeline size, etc. by customers
Analyze Sales Index

2/ Requirements:

COMPULSORY: Student (NOT fresh graduated and still be student for at least 6 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months, 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study is acceptable
Ability to work effectively, independently and in a Team environment
Good administrative skills, results-driven driven and detail-oriented
Can-do attitude, hard-working and enthusiastic
Experience with MS Office e.g. Outlook, PowerPoint; experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools preferred
Background with Business Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management and/or Marketing
Good at English skills (both speaking & writing)

8th Floor, eTown 5 Building, 364 Cong Hoa Street, Tan Binh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
