I. Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Sales team in customer implementation and customer care activities.
Coordinate information between customers and operation departments to ensure shipments are handled effectively.
Proactively monitor and resolve arising issues and enhance customer experience.
Contribute to building long-term customer relationships, supporting revenue growth and the company's service reputation.
Ii. Job Responsibilities
Support the Sales team in consulting, developing solutions, and providing quotations for logistics services.
Coordinate with relevant departments to implement shipments, monitor progress, and ensure service quality.
Receive, handle, and promptly respond to customer requests, inquiries, or complaints.
Proactively update shipment status, handling solutions, and other relevant customer information.
Maintain, take care of, and develop relationships with assigned customers.
Support the negotiation process, contract finalization, and related documentation.
Coordinate in monitoring and supporting debt collection.
Prepare periodic work reports and perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Iii. Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Economics, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Logistics Operations.
Freshers with a clear career orientation toward checking, preparing quotations, and providing suitable solutions to customers may also be considered.
Good English communication skills.
Logical thinking, willingness to learn, hardworking, and proactive attitude.
Effective communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Careful, proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Customer-oriented mindset and a desire to develop a long-term career in the Logistics industry.

V. WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM.
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM; 2 Saturdays off per month.
