2. The Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting sales activities, assisting customers, maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting exclusive services in the sports and entertainment sectors. Responsibilities include coordinating event bookings, building client relationships, handling inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Location: Nhieu Loc Ward (formerly D3), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site during probation, WFH after probation
Working time: WFH, 10 PM - 6 AM (the next day), Monday - Friday (Work on-site from 3PM - 11PM during the 1st training month)
Salary Range: 8M - 9M

Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
Excellent Customer Service orientation and skills in meeting client needs effectively
Strong English Communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic Sales experience and the ability to support sales initiatives and engage clients
Exceptional Organizational Skills for managing schedules, bookings, and client requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Passion for sports, entertainment, and luxury services is a plus
