- Manage DMS software
- Collect data on the DMS system and consolidate reports related to marketing promotion programs - Make monthly Sales incentive of all branded products for Sales sup
- Collect data and submit daily sales activity reports of the sales team to management.
- Collect data and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
- Utilize the data to create in-depth reports on sales performance to support management in decision-making.
- Analyze sales results by product, customer, and region to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Track sales trends versus targets to evaluate team performance.
- Provide insights and recommend actions to improve sales effectiveness.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from University of Economics, Commerce, Foreign Languages, and Administrative Management
- The basic knowledge about the economy in general and cooking oil industry in particular
- The basic knowledge about Accounting major, current law about selling policy, commercial law
- Fluent in English in both speaking and writing
- Good communication/negotiation/time management skills
- Microsoft Office including words, excel
- Solf skills such as communication, team work, individual time management, sales supervising, negotiation, convincing skills
- 02 years' experience in Customer Service or Sales Admin position
- The experience of Working with customer
- Document administration experience
- Be responsible with work, - Honest , - Co-operated
- Proficient in Excel.
