JOB SUMMARY:
This is a maternity-leave replacement position. The Sales Support Staff is responsible for supporting the sales team and
account managers for non-food products, tracking sales and sell-through performance by client and by product, preparing monthly sales reports, managing store POS pricing and promotions, and handling data requests from other departments.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Sales Support Operations
● Support sales operations for accounts and sales representatives.
● Manage and track sales and sell-through performance by client and by product.
● Prepare monthly sales and sales-performance reports.
2. POS & Store Systems Management
● Manage store POS systems, including registering and adjusting product pricing and promotions.
3. Cross-Department Data Support
● Prepare data requested by other departments.
REQUIREMENTS:
● Interest in sales support work.
● Proficient in MS Office.
● Basic document preparation and data management skills.
● Vocational/intermediate degree or higher.
● No prior experience required - fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
● Experience in sales support or sales management.
● Experience using ERP systems.
● Strong Excel skills.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
● Detail-oriented in managing numbers and data.
● Able to communicate smoothly with the sales team and related departments.
● Quick to understand and respond to requests from customers and the sales team.
SALARY: Negotiable based on experience and capability (FROM 10.000.000-15.000.000)
