- Ensure stable and monitored communication channels across key trade lanes.
- Support
Business Development (BD) with prospect approach and sales tools
- Assist BD in SFP (Strategic Forwarding Program) for IFF and join BD to meet with key clients on target trade lanes to provide market insights and enhance client relationships.
- Analyze market trends, make monthly Market Update and analyze Yusen's strengths/weaknesses to recommend promotional campaigns.
- Implement Short term and long-term Trade Lane/IV Campaign Management in coordination with BUs
- Act as a consultant for the sales team.
- Monitor and report BD sales activities and KPIs.
- Manage CRM and conduct training for BD.
- Tender management and project management

- University graduate with major in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Commerce, Business, etc.
- 2 years experience in business development, working on different trade lanes and a variety of customers is preferred
- Good command of English
- Good communication, coordination, analytical & integrating skill
