Sales Support (System)

- Minimum 03-04 years of experience at relevant positions; Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.
- Hands on experience with CRM software, handle Order on system and MS Office (MS Excel in particular); Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
-Careful and detail-oriented.
- Honest and trustworthy.
- Honest communication, team player, comfortable dealing with middle management at large International and Vietnamese corporations if any.
- Basic English is required
