1. Job Objective
To support the Sales team in preparing: Quotations, Processing purchase orders, following up delivery and payment schedules, and maintaining communication with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth sales operations.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process quotation requests and purchase orders from customers.
- Communicate with domestic and overseas suppliers to obtain price, lead time, and commercial conditions.
- Prepare and issue quotations, contracts, POs
- Monitor production, delivery, and payment schedules, and update relevant departments and customers accordingly.
- Coordinate with accounting, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure proper handling of goods and documentation.
- Update and manage customer data using CRM systems or Excel files.
- Support translation of emails and technical documents (English/Japanese Vietnamese) when required.
- Prepare sales reports, order tracking summaries on a regular basis.
- Assist in organizing seminars, exhibitions, and customer meetings for the Sales Department.
- Follow tasks from Sales Leader case by case;
- Support other teams as Accountant to update sale data.
