Mô tả công việc
1. Sales and Customer Engagement
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, chat conversation providing detailed information about VICO Logistics' services.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers, addressing issues and upselling services. Support sales growth by nurturing existing accounts and converting leads into customers.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in collaboration with the pricing team to meet client needs.
2. Market and Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on VICO Logistics' offerings, including LCL, FCL, warehousing, etc., to confidently present solutions.
- Keep informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide insights to customers.
3. Collaborative Sales Support
- Coordinate with Marketing to align sales tactics with campaigns.
- Collaborate with Pricing and Operations to ensure timely, quality service delivery.
- Gather customer feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies.
4. Sales Reporting
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to Marketing, covering customer feedback, lead conversion, and other KPIs.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
5. Other duties

Yêu cầu
1. Diploma or bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or related fields.
2. Good at English/ Chinese speaking is preferrable
3. Minimum 6 months of inside sales or customer service experience within the logistics industry, focusing on handling inbound inquiries or working with existing clients.
4. Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
5. Good at verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages like Chinese are a plus.
6. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing and operations teams.
