Sales Team Leader For B2B Fintech Products

We are a global company operating a B2B fintech business, and we are hiring a leader for our Sales team. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of sales experience in IT or software-related fields, who can communicate fluently in both Vietnamese and English, and interact smoothly with customers and internal teams.
Job Responsibilities
• Securing potential client lists
• Establishing and executing detailed sales strategies
• Outbound sales to clients
• Product proposal presentations and demos for customers
• Contract negotiation and management
• CRM data analysis and customer data management
• Planning and executing customer seminars, expos, and other events
• Collaboration with the Korean headquarters and internal teams (Vietnamese, English)
