Your responsibilities
Receive qualified leads and provide consultation on travel services, including tours, hotels, transportation, and flight tickets via phone calls and messaging channels.
Design customized travel itineraries and prepare quotations for customers traveling to Vietnam.
Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales opportunities.
Handover all confirmed booking details and customer information to the Customer Experience team for trip coordination.
Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to support customers and resolve issues during their journeys.
Meet customers in person when appropriate, conduct follow-up calls before their departure, and collect feedback to ensure a memorable travel experience.
Demonstrate a strong results-driven mindset and commitment to achieving sales targets.
Yêu cầu
Requirements
Ideal for early-career professionals with 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, customer consulting, or customer-facing roles.
Fluent English communication and consultation skills, with the ability to confidently engage and advise international customers.
At least 1 year of experience in sales, consulting, or customer-facing roles. Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
At least 6 months of experience working directly with international customers in English-speaking environments (e.g., travel, hospitality, restaurants, or related service industries).
