Establish training needs by collaborating with sales leadership, analyze sales KPI's and performance results.
Give tours to prospective members and enrolling prospects after tour process.
The continual development of quality new hire and continuation training programs and training materials.
Develop individual and/or group training methods to meet the needs of the department.
Evaluate training program effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
Create coaching components and knowledge articles to support continuation training and performance development.
Provide a leadership role to mentor and coach sales agents as needed or requested by leadership.
Build and sustain relationships using the appropriate interpersonal skills and communication methods to build constructive relationships with customers, business units, service organizations and other stakeholders to meet shared goals and objectives.
Contribute to the team's success by demonstrating cooperation and collaboration while participating in a group or team environment.
Actively participate in community-sponsored events and other outside opportunities to promote the club
