About Dat Bike

Responsibilities
Building training material:
Compile and improve training deck on product knowledge, operating procedures and policies, and sales support tools for Salesforce and CS to enhance the quality of training and optimize team productivity.
Build standards for effective sales processes and perfect stores according to company orientation.
Compile and prepare Tests after training.
Organize training sessions:
Plan and prepare to organize periodic training sessions upon request from the company.
Proactively work and connect with relevant departments, ensuring the training plan is implemented properly, fully, and effectively.
Evaluate effectiveness after training:
Analyze training's KPIs, report post-training results & propose improvement solutions.
Conduct periodic reviews and assessments to have plans to screen and develop the appropriate sales force according to the company's operations.
Propose effective training methods (offline, online).
Other tasks are assigned by the Line Manager.

Graduated from university or college
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail training, with priority given to the automobile, motorbike, and electronics industry.
Proactively organize and arrange work and interact and coordinate across departments.
Skill in training and training material design.
Skills in organizing, handling objections, and resolving situations.
Open-mind in improvement, and changes, and be enthusiastic and responsible for work.
Can travel on business as required.
