Responsibilities:
• Lead technical role at division-wide and company-wide
• Proactively introduce new service processes and automation tools to improve productivity.
• Provide consulting / coaching / mentoring in Design & Requirements within a team.
• Build up technical knowledge base of architectural lessons learnt, patterns, common libraries.
• Architectural solution: Interact and work collaboratively with multiple project teams for application architecture and design
• Develop technical proposal and Software Architecture Document.
• Define system architecture and core technologies.
• Define system's scalability and failover strategies
• Make technical decisions that constrain the overall design and implementation for the project
• Give advices for system level technical problems
• Any assignments from Line Manager if any.
Required:
• Salesforce product knowledge and at least +6 years of Salesforce development experience
Desirable:
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I,
• Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Javascript Developer
Desire:
• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements,
• Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code,
• Working with integrated applications such as Oracle based management systems
• Testing (unit test and systems test), and debugging,
• Striving towards coding best practices and data quality,
• Contributing to technical documentation,
