• Lead the transformation of approved functional requirements into detailed, scalable
technical design specifications.
• Design and deliver complex solutions using Salesforce declarative features (Flow,
Process Builder, Validation Rules, Reports/Dashboards, etc.) to meet business
objectives.
• Ensure solutions adhere strictly to best practices, standards, and company governance
policies, focusing on long-term sustainability and performance.
• Oversee the full Development Phase of complex Salesforce Projects, coordinating
technical tasks, and ensuring quality execution.
• Act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical
developers,
clearly translating design specifications and ensuring accurate technical implementation.
• Execute configuration, manage technical debt, and drive rigorous system and integration
testing activities.
• Develop the strategy and specifications for Data Migration activities, ensuring data
integrity and successful transition.
• Design and document technical specifications for Integrations with ERP Systems and
other internal/external platforms.
• Manage remaining project lifecycle activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
support, Training, and successful Go-Live deployment.
• Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven track record of successfully leading the Technical Design and Development
Phase for at least 3-5 full-cycle Salesforce implementations.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud is mandatory, including opportunity, account, lead, and
forecasting management processes.
• Experience with Integrations with ERP Systems and designing integration specifications.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with an ability to anticipate technical issues,
perform impact analysis, and propose practical, sustainable solutions.
Bonus:
