In this role
We are looking for a qualified Salesforce Developer to join our Customer Service team, whose mission is to contribute to maintaining and administering our Salesforce platform.
- Maintain and administer Salesforce instance, including user access to data, security settings, and application configuration.
- Administer users' permissions on objects, fields, and reports.
- Troubleshoot any technical difficulties and resolve any issues.
- Manage the installation and maintenance of applications within Salesforce.
- Create customizations for use with Salesforce.
- Monitor system performance and identify issues.
- Provide support to users who need help using the platform respond promptly to requests for assistance and offer advice where appropriate.
- Contribute to document Salesforce platform (user guides, specifications, ...).
- Follow established guidelines and procedures.

About your profile
Expectations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or Engineering or related.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Knowledgeable with 3+ years of relevant work experience in Salesforce platform administration.
- Strong analytical skills to investigate and correctly identify the root cause.
- Patience when handling tough cases.
- Good at time management skills, able to identify and prioritize urgent/ critical requests.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrates professionalism and confidence: dynamic thinker, proactive, can-do attitude, problem solver, and result-oriented.
- Has a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in English is required.
- Eagerness to learn, develop, and get involved in a wide range of tasks.
Nice-to-have
- ITIL certification.
- Experienced in Data Studio/Tableau.
- Knowing French/German/ Spanish is a strong plus.
