ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Lead to join our team. As a Salesforce Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert-level Salesforce expertise, with a focus on functional knowledge. You will also be responsible for providing business user support, effective communication, and Salesforce administration support.
Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce, providing functional expertise and guidance to the team
Support business users in understanding and utilizing Salesforce effectively to meet their needs
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
Design and configure Salesforce functionality to meet business requirements
Provide Salesforce administration support, including user management, security settings, and data management
Develop and maintain Salesforce documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials
Train and mentor team members on Salesforce best practices and functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization

ABOUT YOU
Academic Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM, including configuration, customization, and administration
Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products
Proven ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce functionality to meet business needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively support and communicate with business users
Experience providing business user support and troubleshooting Salesforce issues
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, are highly desirable
Familiarity with Salesforce integration concepts and experience working with APIs is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
