As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for customizing, developing and supporting solutions on the Salesforce platform. Provides production support of applications by trouble shooting issues, proposing solutions, develops, tests fixes, and migrates solution. The candidate will be responsible for partnering with the business analyst and business team members to support Sales, Services, and Marketing. A team player, collaboration-oriented, mindset is essential. That's year one. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Maintain and Enhance the current Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring its stability, scalability, and performance.
• Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems to deliver seamless data flow and robust functionality across platforms.
• Provide Expert Consultation, offering tailored solutions and making strategic decisions to address complex business needs.
• Collaborate with US Stakeholders and Vendor Developers, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Lead and Manage the Team, fostering growth through mentoring, coaching, and supporting team members in achieving their potential.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science or related technical field is required or Master's degree is required
• Proven experience in design, development, and implementation of [protected info] solutions spanning Sales, Marketing, Services and Customer Support preferred in Manufacturing domain.
• 10+ years of software development experience in designing complex, enterprise-wide business solutions with prior core Java experience.
• 7+ years of Salesforce Development experience on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Minimum 2+ year hands-on experience in designing and building 3rd party system integrations with Salesforce.
• Experience working with Copado/Gearset/Git for Salesforce CI/CD as part of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Salesforce certified, ideally with either Application architect or System architect.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge or certifications on Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ, LWCs, Integrations, Data Cloud, etc.
• Experience and knowledge of [protected info] and SAP integration.
• Specific knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud preferred with multi-org environments.
• Thorough understanding of Manufacturing data models, design considerations, and connected external systems.

Technical Expertise:

• Good knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Trigger, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, CSS, SOQL/SOSL, API, [protected info]
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community, as the [protected info]
• Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies.
• Experience in Salesforce configuration, including flows, validation rules, and security controls.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems, as well as working with integration tools (ETL, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)
• Experience with single-org deployments and multi-org consolidations.
• Solid understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies Manufacturing company experience
• Domestic and international implementation experience.
• Manufacturing company experience is a plus.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certified. (nice to have)
• Salesforce Service Cloud Certified (nice to have)
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Certified (nice to have)
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Certified (nice to have)
