岗位要求:
1.大专及以上学历,热爱销售职业;
2.会越南的本地语言;
3.中文或英文沟通表达流利;
4.沟通协调能力强,有团队合作精神。
Requirements:
1. Junior college education or above, passionate for sales career;
2. Familiar with local language(Vietnamese);
3. Fluent communication in Chinese or English;
4. Strong in communication and coordination, with teamwork spirit.
岗位职责:
1.参加中国总部的企业文化和产品知识培训;
2.负责开拓越南国的销售业务,达成销售目标;
3.负责对客户进行产品知识和技术培训;
4. 响应客户的真实需求,及时服务于客户;
Duties:
1. Attend corporate culture and product knowledge training in China headquarter;
2. Responsible for developing sales business in Vietnam to achieve sales targets;
3. Responsible for providing product knowledge and technical training to customers;
4. Respond to the customer's needs and serve customers in time;
The interview process for this position includes:
1. Resume review: After you submit your application, our HR team will review your materials to ensure that you meet the basic requirements for the position.
2. Initial screening: If you meet the basic requirements, our HR team will contact you to arrange an initial screening, which may be conducted via phone or video interview, to help us better understand you and confirm whether you are suitable to join our team.
3. Skill assessment: Depending on the specific job requirements, we may assess your skills and experience to gain a better understanding of your abilities.
4. Interview: If you pass the initial screeni skill assessment, we will invite you for an in-person interview, which may be conducted by an executive director.
5. Offer: If you are selected to join our team, we will send you a job offer via phone or email, and provide details regarding your salary, benefits, and start date.
6. This position requires training at our China headquarters for four months and then returning to work in Vietnam long-term.
