Mô tả công việc
• Be responsible for managing technical departments (Pattern, Sample Room, Consumption/Costing, and Marker Making) for product development.
• Sample development: Receive drawings and samples from customers and conduct technical evaluation and analysis of product construction.
• Meet directly with customers (or via video call) to discuss sample development solutions.
• Prepare and provide complete information on dimensions, shape, and material requirements, and work directly with suppliers to develop samples.
• Evaluate and select suitable materials for each product.
• Adjust and refine patterns before producing actual samples. Propose solutions when issues arise between sample development requirements and the manufacturing capabilities of the production unit.
• Receive and inspect product samples: compare samples with the initial development information, update and communicate detailed feedback with relevant parties, and ensure the sample quality meets customer requirements.
• Work with the Pattern, Sample Room, and Costing departments to develop samples and calculate product pricing.
• Develop and manage the accessories group in accordance with the company's requirements.

Yêu cầu
• English proficiency in all four skills (mandatory).
• Preference for candidates with experience in design, sample development, or QC for bags.
• Candidates with experience working in the fashion industry, especially backpacks and bags.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Canva / technical CAD software is an advantage.
• Careful, detail-oriented, with strong technical thinking and flexible problem-solving skills.
