Prepare periodic reports for support projects.
Attend meetings with clients and take meeting minutes.
Perform key tasks such as warranty support (handling requests arising after the Go-live phase), maintenance, and change requests.
Monitor and manage overall tickets.
Participate in Roll-out projects under the Customer Success (CS) Center.

Having studied and practiced ERP/SAP in university is a plus.
High standard of professional working attitude.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
Strong motivation to learn, with a clear career goal.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Able to work under high pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
Good communication skills, confidence, enthusiasm, quick learning ability, and high work intensity tolerance.
English proficiency: TOEIC 650 (4 skills) / IELTS 6.0 or equivalent certifications.
