1, Summary:
The Sap Coordinator will help to drive local On-site Engagement to support business processes and facilitate the efficient functioning of our SAP system.
2. Core job responsibilities:
1. Master Data Management:
- Create, update, and maintain SAP master data records in accordance with organizational guidelines and data governance policies.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to gather and validate data inputs for SAP.
2. Data Governance:
- Enforce data governance standards and policies to ensure the quality and reliability of master data.
- Work closely with stakeholders to establish and refine data entry processes and standards.
3. Collaboration:
- Liaise with various departments, including but not limited to finance, procurement, and production, engineering, quality to understand their master data requirements.
- Provide support and guidance to end-users on SAP master data-related issues.
4. Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements related to SAP master data management.
- Develop and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of master data processes.
- Revise existing procedure to adapt changes from SAP implementation
5. Training and Documentation:
- Develop training materials and provide training sessions for end-users on SAP master data processes.
- Maintain documentation related to master data procedures, standards, and guidelines.

• Excellent communication skills including :
o Fluent in both oral and written English is a requirement
o Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills. Basic Excel skills

• Proven experience working with SAP master data management.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP experience in master data management
• Experience with other SAP modules, such as SAP ERP, SAP MM, or SAP SD.
• Familiarity with data migration and data cleansing activities.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the industry.
