OVERVIEW:
We seek a talented and experienced SC Project Management Director in Vietnam, to manage all NPD programs in SEA, manage tooling transfer plan from China to SEA, connect with US NPE team to understand NPD strategy and launch plan, based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
You will manage all NPD programs in SEA, oversee NPD project schedule from TRA to MP to ensure program goals are reached, analyze tooling capacity vs demand to make tooling transfer or tooling investment plan, work with SEA planners to build the NPD ramp plan and daily track the NPD output post MP.
You are a bridge to connect with cross function team in China and US to ensure MP launch and delivery on time for SEA NPDs.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
Responsibilities:
• Manage a global SC NPD project management team.
• Responsible for tracking all NPD programs from TRA to MP in SEA, escalate to US/China management team if any risk to impact MP.
• Lead SEA commercial team/planners to review the MIFA after TRA, identify the potential supply risk.
• Work closely with US NPE team to understand the launch plan/sales strategy for all SEA NPD programs.
• Lead tooling ENG/NPD/NPI team to understand the tooling capacity for each NPD programs in SEA.
• Lead SEA planners to build the NPD ramp plan and daily track the NPD output after MP
• Lead SEA/China planners and cross functional team to make the tooling transfer plan based on tariff strategy.
• Weekly review SEA NPD critical issues with US NPE team.
• Weekly review SEA NPD tooling capacity vs demand with analytics team.
