At Air Vacuum Automation Vietnam (AVA), we help manufacturers accelerate their Industry 4.0 journey through advanced automation, SCADA, Industrial IoT, energy management, and intelligent utility monitoring solutions. Based on AVA's focus on SCADA, Industrial IoT, utility monitoring, and smart factory projects, we are expanding our Automation & Digital Solutions team.
What You'll Do
Design, develop, and commission SCADA, PLC, and HMI systems
Deliver Smart Factory, Utility Monitoring, and Industrial IoT projects
Configure industrial communication networks (Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA, MQTT)
Integrate PLCs, VFDs, power meters, air compressors, vacuum pumps, and factory utility systems
Perform FAT, SAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support
Work directly with customers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
Support digital transformation and energy management initiatives
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years experience in industrial automation and SCADA projects
Strong knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, industrial networking, and control systems
Experience with Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell, Mitsubishi, Omron, or similar platforms
Hands-on commissioning and troubleshooting experience
Good communication skills and customer-facing capability
English proficiency for technical communication
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with Ignition, WinCC, AVEVA/Wonderware, FactoryTalk, or Citect SCADA
Knowledge of SQL databases, reporting, and Industrial IoT platforms
Experience in energy monitoring, compressed air systems, vacuum systems, or factory utilities
Passion for Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 technologies
