- Planning and producing content (articles, images, videos, scripts, press releases) with
designer/ agency/ supplier across all of the company's digital channels (Meta, Website, YouTube, TikTok, Zalo OA) - aligned with the strategic business direction of each product and region.
- Develop, setting up and running advertising campaigns/ online promotional programs for products across social and digital channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, Zalo Ads). Measure performance of online campaign also performance of O2O of online promotion, prepare periodic reports, from that analyze, find out insights, solution & process improvements performance.
- Be ready to travel across Central and Southern Vietnam to survey construction sites, dealers and building material stores; film, photograph and interview homeowners, contractors and dealers to collect real footage and stories for communication content.
- Prepare, organization and execution of events, customer conferences, technical seminars and brand activations at points of sale.
- Paper work: Process payment claims for promotions/rewards related to digital activities. Source, evaluate, negotiate with and manage vendors for communication services, printing, film production and event organization; complete all procurement procedures per company process.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or Business Administration, Economy.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficient with digital tools: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, Zalo OA; able to install and read measurement data and make optimization decisions based on data.
-Excellent writing skills, creativity in work, and the ability to seek out customer insights.
- Adapt quickly and know how to use AI technology in the workplace.
- Able to use basic design and editing software (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere); basic photography and videography skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills with multiple departments and external partners.
- Good communication in English.
